A Family Story

Four generations, one enduring love for Mallorca

This estate was born from a heartfelt dream: to create a sanctuary for our family after more than 20 years of traveling the world for our careers — and from a deep longing to reconnect with nature and slow down, just a little, in a world moving too fast.

Our family's bond with Mallorca stretches back more than half a century, to the day my grandparents first built their home on this beloved island. Today, our children are the fourth generation to call it home — and one day, we hope to welcome the fifth beneath the olive trees of our cherished finca.

Every bottle holds a season of care

There is a moment each autumn when the olives turn from green to deep violet — a signal we have learned to read like a familiar language. That is when we begin: hand-harvesting with gentle fingers, careful not to bruise the fruit, moving with the urgency of a tradition that refuses to be rushed.

Within hours, the olives are cold-pressed at the local mill, preserving the grassy, peppery notes that make our oil unmistakably Mallorcan. We bottle in small batches, never blending beyond our own grove. The AOP label on each bottle is not just a stamp — it is a promise we made to this land, and to you.
